If I were on the jury I would be hating this ADA for going after this kid like this. Especially after seeing all of the videos.

He has, but anything could go sideways in a mere moment. Don't think it will because the DA is a knucklehead, but you never know. And, never doubt the idiocy of the average American citizen and how they will view something. That is your jury. Just look around on any given day, there are a lot of folks that have a much different view than you or I do.

Legal eagles; can the jury just say frick this and recommend charges for say Gauge for illegal carry (even though I think it’s retarded and 2A violation) or the prosecution for malicious prosecution while acquitting Kyle?

He's looking for ANY small minor thing that he can catch Kyle with and then try to peel that open to bigger questions.
