Seems like it.
These prosecutors seem to be defending the riots and the rioters.
They are definitely on the left's payroll.

Not necessarily. I suspect even a neutral lawyer with a job to do might act like this lawyer. However it wouldn't surprise me if he was ideologically hostile but I wonder if there is any evidence.
A couple prosecutors commenting on the feed have said he should be disbarred. I'd say you are wrong.

That would be a typical commute from Hoover to downtown Birmingham, Alabama, and most people would consider those both part of the "Birmingham Metropolitan Area."

Whats sneakily ironic about this line of questioning is that Gage was there.... armed.... providing medical treatment to protesters. Gage is all the things he is accusing Kyle of being

So Kyle shouldn't have gone in the street because the crowd didn't like it.

Oh, I'm sorry. Was he obligated to do what Kriston ordered him to do?

I guess you are not supposed to protect your community.

I think this prosecutor’s actions today just underscore the fact that they rushed to judgment before they had the facts or facts be damned. That kind of idealogical tunnel vision blinds to the reality of just how bad of a case this is. What we are witnessing is the DA desperately trying to drive a square peg into a round hole.

The Prosecution is defending the Mob and trying to persecute Rittenhouse for standing up to the mob
