It would be farking fantasy-land to expect that the 24 hour cable networks would have a blackout on this trial. Get your head out of your arse. Fox is running 24-7 saying the kid is being railroaded. That will potentially affect the jury too. Tigerdroppings is running 24-7 that the kid is innocent. Should the judge be complaining about that?
A trial judge can't control the press. If he is concerned about it, sequester the jury.
