It’s his witness, but it’s also Kyle’s best witnesses. He’s not so much using them to further the prosecution’s case as he is attempting to destroy their credibility thereby Kyle’s defense

That whole questioning segment at the end where he points out the inconsistency in the stories...was he trying to damage his own witness???

Yeah... I didn’t really understand what he was trying to do there...
Definitely sounded like he trying to

Can the judge cite Billy Madison when he talks to the DA?

I’m sure he has earned no points but I’m not sure God will have mercy on his soul.

Good.

It won't be in red areas.

And if those fricktards make their way into my neighborhood, there will be bodies stacked all over the place.

The part where the guy described that Rosenbaum said "If I get you alone I'll kill you" I was thinking the defense would have loved to get up on their table and do the happy dance.

So far, Kyle's best defense has been the prosecutor who has been making Kyle's case for him with these witnesses.

And the video which CLEARLY and UNQUESTIONABLY shows Kyle acted in self-defense. I mean, that's really what this boils down, too (except maybe... perhaps... the reckless endangerment and minor-in-possession charges).

Kyle's defense lawyer hasn't been the best, either. LOADS of places where he should have objected and didn't. I mean, yesterday, the best witness for the prosecution was the prosecutor, himself, who spent most of his time narrating (testifying) without objection.

I'm guessing his strategy is just to let the prosecution's case implode, because that's what's happening- not that the prosecutor had a case, anyway. No reason to object and interrupt the prosecutor when the prosecutor is making your case for you.

Rosenbaum's girlfriend is on the prosecution witness list. If they actually call her to testify, the prosecution is TOAST. Will be an incredibly stupid move.

Her testimony INEVITABLY will end up opening up the defense to be able to ask about his past criminal charges (beating her and kiddie-diddling), which they have been prohibited from doing, thus far.

However, if the prosecution and/or witness opens the door, it's open season.

I.e. upon questioning, it comes out (again) that Rosenbaum couldn't stay at her house, the defense gets to ask, "Why couldn't he stay at your house? Oh, a protective order. Can you tell us more about that protective order? He hit you? Did he hit you often? So, he had a history of violence? He was in a hospital? What for? He wanted to kill himself? Oh, wow. Why is that? Other charges? What other charges? Kiddie-diddling? Gasp! You don’t say!”

Malicious prosecution is exactly what this is, unless you can watch that video and believe you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Rittenhouse wasn't defending his life.

Is that your legal definition of malicious prosecution?

How about this, If a malicious prosecution charge ever goes before a judge (not even proven), I'll ,,,, Well I'll do something nice for you.

I want to know more about this reckless endangerment charge. What sentence does it carry? Can it be disproven if he is innocent of murder?

Oh look! Sid in Lakeshore has spit out Hankabitch’s balls to see if he’s still spitting truth to the great unwashed. No comment on all that “truth” he was spitting?

What's your definition of malicious prosecution?

They put a 10 year flat foot in charge of the biggest investigation in the history of Kenosha, so the DA could steamroll him with hiding evidence, and just deciding not to serve search warrants. I bet you aren't even wondering why they apparently just let the skateboard be withheld. I guess you can't withhold exculpatory evidence if you refuse to collect it in the first place, right? Probably makes for fewer things that must come up "lost" like the FBI surveillance video, right?

I guess I should have qualified my statement. This is malicious prosecution for anyone with two brain cells to rub together. You can go back to tending Hankabitch, Sid. Doesn't apply to you.

We might just be moving closer towards a malicious prosecution if this is true

This dumb mfer straight up said, "There are SEVERAL reasons why a person would reach for a gun pointed at them, wouldn't you agree?"

It was a so ungodly retarded a question that the defense didn't even bother "leading."
