Has their been anything to suggest that the McMichaels are innocent or are they toast? I know the last time I looked at the case, they seemed like they were fricked.

It's been on by my laptop all day yesterday, too.
DA is fricking winging it. Epic failure.

Some call him “Punchy”.

DeNiro went from getting awards for Vito Corleone to being a forgettable afterthought in comedy dreck.
The two Meet The Parents sequels are no Midnight Run.

i had a meeting and missed everything after the guy on the stand admitted telling the EF BE EYE that kyle said 'i didnt shoot someone, i need help' instead of 'i just shot someone i need help'
the defense attorney was like 'how does your initial statement of what the defendant said make any sense whatsoever?'

Prosecution just got WRECKD by the Defense and the DNA expert.
About to get wrecked by Huber's aunt's testimony. They've opened the door for questioning about Huber's criminal past, here.

Does anyone get the feeling this case might get OJ'ed in reverse? Where all the evidence all the video all the circumstantial says not guilty. The jury rolls out guilty because they are mad at something that happened 2 years ago?
I'm not watching or paying a bit of attention, but with Chauvin getting jobbed, could this guy get jobbed as well?

The judge just called for a break AGAIN (2nd time during the trial) because one of the prosecutors argued with his ruling (commented on it and was reprimanded for it) and he's pissed.
The judge has been WAY favorable to the defense the entire trial.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the judge grants motion for dismissal when the defense presents it after the prosecution's case is finished. Not likely, but wouldn't be surprised.
The fat prosecutor is digging his grave in front of the judge, as we speak.
