Uh....lol.

The attorney I'm referring to was on the Rekeita law channel during the trial. I don't know him at all.

You're melting on the wrong person you fricking idiot.

In no terms do I associate with communist filth. Nothing in my post suggests such a thing you stupid frick.

I've posted the link where this Barnes attorney talks about defamation.

Now frick off flufferboy2004.

The idea of him only getting a million is BS. The View, Behar and Whoopie will all have to pay their lawyers a lot more than that to defend themselves and Kyle's team knows that. If they offered to settle for a million Kyle would just say lets let a jury decide and then the communists know they will get fricked. No way he doesnt get a settlement offer of at least $5 or 10 million.

Didn't you used to live in China?

Nothing in my post says anything about me organizing against this country but you're that stupid I take it.

Imagine going to Seattle last year?

I guess we can understand how stupid you really are.

I'm 2 hours from Seattle and have conservative friends there and in Portland and I stayed away from both cities during that time frame.

Of course I'm not a complete idiot like you are.

what a stupid frick you are.

Dude chill the frick out. I watched the same interview he did. Barnes has a point. Kyle has a massive uphill battle for any defamation claim because the bar to proving damages has been raised so high. His first big hurdle is finding a court to even hear the case… Barnes even gave the example of George Zimmerman. During that case media outlets intentionally doctored and edited 911 tapes to cast him in a negative light. After his acquittal he tried to sue those media outlets for damages and the judge ruled he was a public figure and tossed his claim. So for all the hysterics about Kyle gonna have frick you money and all that shite, you need to pump the damn brakes.

I would have started by asking for $500 million.

His lawyers will be tied up in years of litigation, from suing peon field reporters, to network personalities, to network executives and the networks themselves, to local and state politicians, to local and state police as well as the DA's office and prosecution, to current government representatives and then-citizen Joseph R. Biden.

They're all finna be stupid rich, none more than the Kenosha Communist Cleaver himself.

You should comment in the OT thread on this.

Everyone believes he's gonna get rich and it's more likely he isn't.

Sucks for the kid. Hopefully he can get some small settlements and try to start his life over somewhere.

Be careful posting about it though. Somehow someway it equals communism.

How much is going on Tucker and getting pictures with Trump on social media going to hurt him when a judge has to decide if he is a public figure?

I hope he gets a little bit from a lot of people. A couple of million from Goldberg, Behar, Lemon, Cuomo, etc. would sting pretty good. They might slow down the next go round.

The View, Joy Behar, and Whoppie Goldberg for $60 million
'The View' or 'The View's"
Lawsuits against the stupid people for 60 mil is about right. but for "The View" (the corporate production) it ought to be at least 10 times that = put the whole thing into bankruptcy - as well as the news organization itself.

ALSO - sue any corporation who ADVERTISED on that puke show.

Kyle has been warned about his advisor and other sharks circling him, from his lead attorney no less. At some point Kyle needs make some big boy decisions before he gets taken to the cleaners financially. Barnes already mentioned Sandman reaching out to him, which I believe is more a move by Sandman’s lawyers looking for way into the Rittenhouse bubble. Kyle may not want to be a cause but there are lots of people even on this board who want to use him as a vessel for such causes.

No matter how much he gets, it'll not be the pain they deserve. Enough will never be enough to slap the sense into those old crones.

I take everything I hear with a grain of salt but Barnes has been right so far. People might not like his delivery but sometimes the truth is not what you wanna hear

He just seems bitter for getting kicked off of the defense team.

I don’t read it that way. He seemed highly agitated at the unnecessary risks they exposed Kyle to. The defense disregarded the research done on potential jurors and seemed to leave it up to chance. Their strategy and demeanor throughout the trial raised eyes brows and they were almost bitten in the arse by asking for a mistrial without prejudice. The entire defense was hamstrung by Kyle’s “advisor” which Barnes repeatedly pointed out

I'd be willing to bet there are some nondisclosure agreements in effect for the Sandman settlement so I doubt anyone here has a clue to what he settled for and that will probably occur in this case if Rittinghouse settle out of court as well.

Sidebar from the link in the OP. If for some reason I ever had a large object fall on my head and one of the side effects was actually deciding to create an account for Twitter Tim Kennedy would be one of the few people I would have any interest in following.
