These days I would agree.
Back in the Napster days, you could type in “Britney Spears Nude” (when she was legal mind you) and get all kinds of pics that were not only someone else but could have the 4Chan Party Van show up if you didn’t scrub them.
You didn’t know what any of it was until you downloaded it and you hoped it wasn’t something that gave your PC AIDS.

For you psychology types out there, what is the profile for someone that enjoys and or is addicted to child porn? What happened to them in their developmental years or as a child? Were they abused or something?

I'm just not sure why she choose THIS crime to be over over sentenced. She has to have some personal experience with it, maybe a family member or something.

Naw- at least 10 Repubs will vote for her but if McConnell is smart, he would TRIPLE down on that case of sentencing that one guy for 3mos - she doesn’t have a great answer as to why and if the Repubs would beat that drum long and loud, it could derail it.
My wife/ pretty progressive/ is really bothered by her lack of response…i see an exploited angle

As most things around here, her response was taken out of context. The fact is Judge Jackson's record is entirely consistent with what judges did across the country. In some child porn cases her sentence was higher and in some cases her sentence was lower depending on the facts. A carte-blanche argument can be made that all judges are too soft on crime, but that'd just my opinion. I'm just here to set the record straight.

Then she can explain why the factors of the case influenced sentencing as such despite the amount of CP the convicted had on them and/or distributed.
