It's not just Dems either, it's the political ruling class. I caught a little bit of the hearing yesterday on the radio. I think it was that crazy woman from Hawaii Hirono questioning her, but I was shocked when she brought up figures about conservative judges also sentencing below the guidelines at a big clip.

What? Her position was that because tech has made distribution and possession easier than when the law was written, those violating the law many multitudes of times shouldn’t be punished as harshly. Because 1 click can = 1000.
