im not a CP expert, but i know there are alot of forensic units out there. i think they make distinctions between accidents and actual purveyors. something tells me Kentanjis case was the real deal and not some happenstance, but happenstance was used by the defense and Ketanji bought it.

Guys, she is a mother so this is all ok. It's fine that she departed down from the sentencing guidelines in 100% of known cases regarding this because she is a mother.
