Medium-Security Prison- I wonder why not Maximum.
Most inmates go through classification first, and a medium can be more dangerous than a max in certain instances.

Sounds like he’s in a compound where he can go to school and classes, be with people trying to do their time and get out.

When considering doing a murder or any other crime in Texas, one might take into consideration many years of long Texas summers in our prison system. The processing unit, where everyone goes to be evaluated for their future in a state funded gated community, The Byrd Unit, has no A/C. Today the heat index was 97° in Huntsville. This is where Anthony will be in the coming days and another 35 years or so probably in a similar unit. Think of this as a reality check
Ouch

Some kind of mystery meat with rice or pasta, white bread for dinner. That boy better pray his parents stock his commissary account so he can load up on the cheapass cup-o-noodles or occasional peanut butter crackers.

Never seen an inmate move this fast. Convicted one day and in prison the next. Special measures were taken to get this done. Trying to get ahead of possible protest i guess. He ain't here no more so stay away from the courthouse.

“ Medium-Security Prison- I wonder why not Maximum.”(quote DR)
Likely a modicum of empathy, DR. The real hardcore psychos are in max and throwing that pseudo tough guy kid in with them would be a possible PR nightmare. They’d work him over real hard and he might fold or even off himself.
