Lake's team objected twice and the judge allowed it. I can't imagine the judge is stupid enough to think he's not reading something though.

ETA: and I'll say when I am answering questions in meetings or presentations that I look around when I am thinking because looking at a blank space like a wall, or ceiling, helps me think, but I also look at the person asking the question, or the camera, when I actually respond. So I understand wanting to look somewhere else when thinking of how to respond. This is just blatant.

The Board of Supervisors have administered shitty elections for long than since 2020. In 2016, there were legit 5 hour lines during the primaries. Voting has actually gotten a lot easier/quicker recently. Not to say there aren't serious chain of custody and voter verification issues, and mail-in is OOC. But for voting in person, it's easier/quicker.
