If this is true:

it's obvious some shenanigans went on in this election.
then why would this happen:

there is no way this judge rules in Lake's favor
Makes no sense.
Do you really think the judge is going to order a new election - which is the only remedy for this issue? I think he should but I have no actual hope he will.

That image they just showed calculated to 27.7% spoiled or misread ballots. 158 spoiled or misread vs 414 counted.

Yes. I'm not saying anything otherwise. I'm asking how does shrink-to-fit shrink a 20" image to 19" when the size of the print paper has not changed? You can't shrink a 20" image designed for 20" paper to 19" on the same 20" paper because of shrink-to-fit.
Are we certain all of the original images were 20"? These ballots are unique to each voter so some had a lot more on theirs than others. So even if every single printer had "shrink to fit" setting on, if the images aren't all the same it would only impact those that are too big.

This trial, so far, has proven beyond a reasonable doubt this election was tampered with
And yet we know what will happen
So what’s next? Just accept we live in the USSA?

I could be mistaken but doesn't Arizona have precedent of changing actual election results? I get being demoralized in this statement:

I think he should but I have no actual hope he will.

Testimony yesterday from the Maricopa County Recorder and another Maricopa County employee, can't remember the actual position, said yes. There were no 19" images made. The only ones they made were 20".
ETA: It was actually this guy testifying now who was the second person.

Are you saying he perjured himself? I didn't watch yesterday & haven't really followed all this...

Not necessarily. He has just picked up the defense's argument that it was just shrink-to-fit that caused the shrinking of the image even though the only created image was 20".

Oh here we go on cross...

Immediately called him out on it too.

I think we are certain that he markings on the edge of the ballot image need to be consistent across all ballots in order for the system to be able to accurately tabulate the images.
To the degree that this is not the case, it is indicative of a major error (intentional or otherwise) of the system.
What are you suggesting?

Of course the defense objected and the judge made him restate. The witness is straight up lying now.

Here we go with the cross.

Let's assume the entire issue is print-to-fit. Sure, whatever. This guy just testified testing showed everything worked correctly and it must have been changed after. Doesn't that prove it was intentional?

I know you don't have high hopes but how in the hell will they get away with this? Even IF unintentional, it isn't following procedure or proving their own chain of custody issues. Of course, I'm over my head in all of this....

How else would it have been changed?
This alone should require another election.

The last answer where he said the printer settings were changed on election day absolutely proves intentionality in my mind.

Holy shite he just said they also had these same issues in November 2020. Shocking.
Posted on 12/22/22 at 3:31 pm to MFn GIMP
She just said human error. A human error would require another election.

People appearing remotely drives me crazy. They really can't show up after being subpoenaed?
