I'm addressing the notion that there were loads of outrageously long lines.

Peak wait times, yes - according to this guy. He is reading the report I posted from the other night when everybody was flipping out.
ETA - he's doing the same analysis I did. It's about the rate limiting step, not just the number of people in line.

Holy, mischaracterization of Rich Baris' testimony.

Peak wait times. He was reading from the county's report. He needed to refer to it. They flashed it on the screen.

Also, it isn't discussed much here, but the undisputed fact that there were 223 voting centers, the average distance between them less than 2 miles, and this apparent ease/capacity for 250,000 voters makes it real hard to claim too many too long of lines that suppressed voting.
You are not addressing the sign in / sign out issue where if a voter has signed in, votes, finds his ballot can not be read and goes to another voting center they are not able to vote. They do not find out about this until they have been through whatever wait there was at the 2nd voting center.

It seems as if this guy didn't listen to a single thing that Baris said in his testimony.

Particularly when you showed up precisely because you were worried about the FUBAR system and didn't trust the drop box to count your vote.
Is distrusting the system to count your ballot via the drop box really a reason to consider yourself disenfranchised. Just because you don’t want to avail yourself of an option does not mean that option isn’t valid. I don’t see a judge buying that as being disenfranchised.

Distrusting the system was what made them show up.
The FUBAR system on their arrival - caused them to leave.
So says the expert testimony in the case.
The only rebuttal by AZ is a guy who did no investigation and said, i haven't seen any data that . . .

Good lawyers should destroy the bs word salads this clown just spewed.

Ha, he just called him "Mr" again. It's petty but I would never call him Dr after that.

I did in an earlier post in this thread. There were (by memory) something around 250 of these type voters and all but about 15 ended up casting a vote that was counted.

Same - That is the douchiest -
The judge thinks it's douchy.
Someone has douched out like that during the Judge's career.
There's no stopping the misters after that.
