I wonder how these scumbags made it thru takeoff without a judge interfering?

Bukele certainly has their government running well. CECOT is just incredible, they don’t frick around.
CECOT rules:
Animals aren’t given utensils so they have to eat with their hands
2 toilets per 156 inmates
No mattresses or sheets
24 hour artificial lighting in the cells
They get 30 minutes a day out of the cell, for bible study or exercise only
They will never be released into the general public

Then it should be a quick, easy trial. They had one right? Because the gov’t would never lie or make a mistake right?

Are they ever given trials? How do they establish that these people are animals?

Why would anyone have a gang tattoo if they are not in a gang?

Gang membership alone is not illegal under federal or state law in the US. It can be used as an enhancement to sentence for other crimes.
This just comes down to the difference between deportation (which I'm completely in favor of) vs. indefinite incarceration without trial for immigration violations, which would entitle the person to due process.

Somewhere Boasberg is writing a strongly worded letter.

Over there, police units walk the streets and if ANYONE has gang related tatoos, they are arrested and sent away. The police make men raise their shirts to check their chest and backs.
Many of these gang members that had been killed had fancy cemetery plots, memorials, and mausoleums. The government had these destroyed, wrecked, demolished. They aren't playing games over there.

Aren't MS13 and TdA Foreign Terrorist Organizations? If so, wouldn't membership in an FTO be on the wrong side of the law? If not, it certainly should be.

Deporting people for political opinions regarding another country is another matter.

No, it would not be a quick easy trial. Your side would drag these out for years, like they do most trials. The government WILL make mistakes, and that is unfortunate. Innocent people will spend the rest of their lives in brutal conditions. And this could easily be avoided if we Republicans had honest partners in our Democrat countrymen. We could agree to set up military style tribunals to make quick decisions and sort these cases out into the obvious criminals and those with doubt, the latter of which could be remanded to other courts. But we don’t have honest partners; instead we have Soros judicial apparatchiks who want these criminals in the US.
So we will not be guilted into an idealistic settlement that allows our enemies to drag this out until another Biden is elected who will invite them back into the country - and pay for it. Instead we will bury them alive so your next Manchurian President cannot resurrect them. This is the natural consequence of your lawfare.

More power to them. That's their sovereign prerogative. Sounds like a good policy.
At issue here is the involvement of the US government which operates under the Constitution, which mandates trials before locking away the key.
I'm uncomfortable with our government whisking away people based on allegations of violations of American immigration law to (apparent) life sentences in an El Salvador jail without any trial.
The interesting question is, once the person is outside the United States, will a US federal court have jurisdiction. My educated guess is "no." Based on this practice, an American citizen can also be "off-shored" by our government without any constitutional remedy. THAT is what concerns me.
Remember, Obama was allowed to kill a US teenager overseas without any due process.
Sorry, I have watched the movie V too many times.
