I have never seen a case where a person's life could be in the balance and technological buffoonery is being used as a weapon to essentially confuse the judge.

This trial has been completely fricked by the prosecution’s repeated bullshite. And everyone’s acting like it’s over a speeding ticket or something. The judge needs to realize that despite his best efforts to run a clean trial, the state has completely torpedoed it.

The only HD version of this video in the trial is the weird 844p version thats already been doctored by the prosecution’s tech company they used for pixel enhancement.
And we only know about the difference because the female assistant on the defense side noticed the version Kyle and the Judge were watching a few days ago was drastically better quality than what she knew they had.
