It was a couple of hours ago. It’s why the video was being discussed. The judge wasn’t even going to read the defense motion about it until the jury requested to see the video again.

After seeing the angle where Huber pulled on the barrel of Kyle's gun the way he did - if Kyle's finger was on the trigger at that moment, I don't know if Kyle intentionally shot Huber.. can't remember the testimony about that situation

Sorry for the quick side question. Does anyone in here happen to have the meme I saw that someone made of Kyle and the judge playing video games? Created from the picture where Kyle is leaning behind the judge’s left shoulder.

I thought the same. The state even claimed Huber grabbed the gun and pulled it into his chest.
If Kyle had his finger on the trigger, Huber essentially shot himself by pulling the gun.
