he's basically trying to compare cases that the prosecution & defense are talking about as to which 1 more closely applies to this particular case so he can give a similar ruling

prosecution brought a case this judge was part of

They should be able to.

If there is evidence, the jury should be able to look at the evidence as much as they want.

The video should be allowed or not allowed.

frick this judge. Everybody was calling him a hero last week, but he's completely fricking over the defense for no reason.

Anyone arguing this judge is biased against the State and for the defense is extremely full of shite.

I'll eat crow if he mistries with prejudice or JNOV after a conviction.

We have to have forced retirement ages for judges, this is pathetic

I actually agree with the State here that the jury should be able to play the video as many times as they want. They are the jury if they want to view the evidence multiple times let them. However, I hate Krause and the way he talks. It's as if he is running out of breath after every couple of words.

I have zero issue with the jury seeing a video of an incident as many times as they need to to analyze them more closely. I get the issue with emphasis, but I don't see how that implicates Kyle here. If anything, closer review will prove his innocence.

The issue the judge is wrestling with is that in previous cases before him, these same prosecution lawyers before him have asked him NOT to allow the jury to rewatch videos as many times as they want.
