For about 8 months, yes. It's why he knows so much. From Feb to Sept.

Barnes was on the defense team? He does seem super butthurt.
I didn't know that until the past 5 minutes. Clearly he's biased in his criticisms of the defense attorneys

UPDATE: it's unclear at this point whether Judge Schroeder will allow the public and the parties to be in the courtroom as the jurors watch the videos or whether he will clear the courtroom. #KyleRittenhouse

Yes. Played just fine for me. Clip from Tucker’s show. I posted it.

He's not wrong. They may have lost their chance at an acquittal at jury selection. They fumbled so many things from start to finish.

Barnes originally accused them of sabotaging Kyle. Pretty harsh words.

Just me or Edward Norton can play him in the movie about Kyle when its made?

Jesus, they haven't watched the video yet?

It is all about the provocation issue.
yes... and why the defense needed to hammer home the point that Kyle was trying to run away the entire time
So lets say Kyle provoked something with Rosenbaum...he immediately tried to defuse the situation by fleeing. Rosenbaum didn't have to pursue.

Then there’s jump kick man that had two errant shots fired at him for a kick he hadn’t landed yet(I assume) with tons of people around.
I think that’s where they put Kyle in prison.
I think this case is bullshite that they have a charge on someone they can’t identify and identify as jump kick man. Also, their witnesses have civil and criminal suits pending. Nuts

If Rittenhouse is convicted of anything (which I think is unlikely - this is a hung jury, soup to nuts, IMHO), he has a borderline case of ineffective counsel.
That's how bad it is.

Yup. Prosecutor basically made this argument and likely didn't even realize it.

Rekeita folks where discussing the drone footage that is part of that Tucker clip. That it was never authenticated. Somehow, Lin Woods group had it back then in high resolution.
Not sure how Prosecution got it and why it came in late (when it was aired on tv) or why they gave defense a lower resolution.

Story time yet again.......

Oh my God.. Who gives a shite
Posted on 11/17/21 at 12:47 pm to jatilen
they're trying to determine where the jury can watch the video and how many times
defense just cited a case that says it must be in open court and basically once from beginning to end
prosecution started talking about something unrelated... even admitted as such

He has time to tell all these stories but doesn't have time to read the motion to dismiss
