Kyle unfortunately took the bait and said "Yes" and that led to them immediately introducing the 2nd drone video. They then said the video shows Kyle is lying and had pointed his gun at Rosenbaum, provoking him.

I'd like to hear a not guilty verdict read, then the judge dismisses the case with prejudice, and hold the prosecutor and DA in contempt

My "hunch" is there are jurors to are too afraid to acquit and the Judge will let them off the hook be deairing a mistrial with prejudice.
KW needs a full acquittal so he can go after the every media and politician dickhead that besmirched his reputation.

I still can't get over Binger having his finger on the trigger while pointing the gun at the jury. I know it was checked and it was cleared but still. Just horribly ignorant on how to handle a gun.

What is very odd from the onset is that the HD video the prosecution presented was clearly cropped.
1920x844?? WTF is that screen ratio? It was clearly originally 1080p, but they lost pixels during the zoom in “enhancement” that turned it 844p.
Then they had an “expert” (cough) from the video company they used testify and confirm that their software artificially adds pixels to try and create what it thinks are the images. But even he couldn’t say exactly how it works, AND, his own company website says this software should not be used in evidentiary findings for court proceedings.
And I just realized the compression was worse than I thought. It went from 1920x844 down to 460x212.
A 75% reduction in size and quality is what was given to the defense. No way they could zoom in and see Zeminski’s gun or what Kyle was even doing with his.
This is overwhelmingly obvious evidence tampering and misconduct. But the defense has really dropped the ball on this. Even their motion to dismiss with prejudice is flimsy. They could have destroyed the prosecution with expert testimony on this issue. Total blunder.

Yeah that blew me away too.
I was 6 years old and my dad taught me gun safety. He taught me with a BB gun. When he let me handle the gun I swung it around and unknowingly pointed it at him. He punished me for a week.
But the point sunk in. Never, whether loaded or not, point a gun at someone.

Correction: The media has his balls. He's allowing the media to influence his rulings. He's more concerned with how he looks in the media than doing the right thing.

so any idea when the judge will rule on the motion to dismiss since the prosecution withheld evidence? He made mention of it when they were ruling on the jury request but he didn't say when he would rule.

I would ask the judge and bailiff to prevent anyone from pointing a gun at me. They are responsible for my safety.
