Tell them no.

They have their evidence.

I am not sure but are the jurors asking for the new drone video?

Why wouldn’t they have researched procedures for jurors reviewing videos before now? They knew this was going to happen.

And how can they even consider having anyone else in the courtroom. It should be jury only.

In the beginning I never thought this judge would get like this but here we are.

The judge has leaned state the entire time. The yelling and posturing was for show and a shield against allegations of bias the other way. The defense prevailed on only a handful of key issues (notably the gun charge).

Hung jury is what's going to happen.

I will NEVER understand how people can make a decision on a jury purely based on feelings and political preference

Just look at the fricking evidence ONLY. You're going to convict a kid because of politics and feelings?

Country is beyond saving

You can tell the prosecution is thrilled with the fact the jurors are focusing in on this and dragging this out. And the defense looks pissed that this isn’t the slam dunk acquittal it should be.

You cannot have a unanimous decision in this country anymore in a poliically tainted trial if there are liberals on the jury. There has to be a few of those women dug in 100% to convict based on feelings and political bias

It just takes one juror to hold his ground. If I'm in that box I'm telling everyone in there screw your feelings and concerns. Even it takes another two weeks, we are not unanimously convicting Kyle on a single charge.

This isn't entirely true. The biggest thing the judge did for the defense is keeping the video of Kyle saying he'd shoot any of the MFers trying to burn his shite. That would've been seriously bad for Kyle had it been admitted.

The jury gets to watch more tainted and altered videos. Oh good!

No decision today.

That's a blanket thing and would be reversible. He also held out past acts of the deceased (except what actually happened the day of).

This is what I think. I thought it would be not guilty but now idk. It does look like they are trying to actually do their job and review evidence so while we see that this is open and shut, they want to make sure of it. Doesn't seem like they are just cowering in the deliberation room scared of protesters

The video(s) the jury want to review were not identified but it's obvious it's the 2nd drone video the prosecution is using to support the provocation charge.

The defense raised an objection to the allowing the jury to review that particular video because of the motion to dismiss that the judge has not ruled on. The judge admitted he hasn't even read the motion to dismiss. I think he will sit on the motion to dismiss, allow the the jury to review the 2nd drone footage, and allow the jury to render a verdict. It's clear he's allowing his actions to be influenced by the media and the media want a conviction on something so the judge will not doing anything to jeopardize that. In short, Kyle is fricked.
