maybe we could get a federal district judge in south Louisiana to rule that liberal judges are illegal and must be arrested and held for their due process

Weren't these schedules more in line with what many European nations have put in place.

Is this judge saying that all of those countries have no basis in science for what they did?

This is a political policy question. There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution that gives a judge the power to set policy.

Judge Brian Murphy

Same fricktard that ruled last year that tried to stop the flight of migrant deportations in flight. Trump admin basically told him to pound sand. He was overturned on appeal.

Murphy acknowledged “agencies generally have much discretion in assembling advisory committees.” But he found that several new ACIP members, including Retsef Levi, lacked the necessary “expertise” to serve. No matter than Levi, a mathematician at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has extensively examined and written about the epidemiology of the mRNA vaccines.

Murphy stayed the appointments of all the new members of ACIP — not just Levi, but those he acknowledged did have the necessary expertise.

bullshite. This is aggressive overreach.

Didn't base it in on dogma.

quote:

For the second time in less than a year, U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy of Boston has inserted himself between the elected executive branch and its constitutional authority to govern, issuing a sweeping injunction Monday that blocks Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from implementing common-sense reforms to the nation’s childhood vaccine advisory structure. The ruling, which freezes both a revised immunization schedule and Kennedy’s reconstitution of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, is the latest episode in a troubling pattern: a midnight Biden appointee wielding judicial power as a political weapon against a duly elected administration.

Judge Murphy’s record speaks for itself. In the spring of 2025, Murphy issued a preliminary injunction blocking the Trump administration from deporting violent criminal aliens to third countries. When the Supreme Court stayed that injunction by a vote of 6 to 3, Murphy simply declared that a separate remedial order he had issued was unaffected by the high court’s ruling and continued to block the deportations. The Supreme Court was forced to rebuke him a second time, by a remarkable 7 to 2 margin, warning that further defiance would not be tolerated. Justice Elena Kagan, a liberal, joined that majority rebuke. Even the court’s most left-leaning members could not defend what Murphy had done.

You had my attention till here:

No reason to take a jab that has more downside than the disease it is meant for….

Then you garnered my whole attention and agreement.

Shameful to the Fauci's of the country and the world that forced that crap on our friends and family.

If it worked for some, great. But for the Millions that had side effects and/or death, they have no recourse for being forced to be a sheep.

Never again.

Yall have to know that this is how things work by now. Trump’s Executive actions are going to be challenged, stayed, then litigated on the merits before they take full effect.

Just how it is.

I am a free blood. You obviously miss the point. If we are at war, which I believe we are, then end them.

Americans have become guinea pigs while politicians receive kickbacks.

Say it ain't so.

And just how does a judge know this?

What authority does the judge have to do this?

There it is. The appeal to authority. A biased and decidedly UN-scientific authority which is actually a group of ideologues who shut down any scientific debate with claims of “settled science.”

Ironically, the old policy has been replaced with "talk with your personal doctor about your personal situation and risks" as if that is anti-science.

I swear. If it was a democrat president, this would be the science.

If Reagan doesn't pass the vaciine immunity act we very well may not be at this point, big pharma is/has been exposed, the last line of defense is the courts, who have been bought and paid for, and i believe they will slowly be exposed of their corruption also.

Mr. Kennedy has embraced anti-vaccine conspiracies, including debunked theories that childhood shots cause autism, asthma or other diseases.

This kind of garbage makes my blood boil every time. "Debunked theories". Yeah? Show me your debunking evidence. I've seen countless studies over the years linking vaccines and various prescription drugs to all sorts of problems, not just autism, and not once have I come across an actual "debunking" study. It's always just some guy saying it's been debunked, and then we're supposed to just accept that and move on.

If it's just a conspiracy theory, then show me why I should believe that. I've got nothing to lose if I'm wrong. I'm not the one giving people crap and telling them it's good for them.

None, it’s how the judge ruled based on the way he FEELS about it…
