Why did the administration even acknowledge this error?
An error in the processing and paperwork, does not mean they wrongly deported him.
And he was sent to his home country, which is our ally. Since when are we shielding people from our allies?

Ignoring the fools who think they actually have power is the only way to deal with these activist 'judges.'

I straddle the fence on this stuff because I'm mostly a rule of law guy. As much as I want big changes, including via extralegal means at times, I think we're pretty polarized and both sides will do this (and have been) so we've got to do so cautiously. I'm not sure this was that.
BUT, my point is that it may not matter. I don't know the veracity of the government's position on bringing him back, but if it has some basis, and I could see where it might, then reasonable people should go "well that's fortunate."
Americans who are fighting to unwind a fortuitous bounce for America are pathetic.

Wait a second, you're upset that someone that was mistakenly put in a foreign prison has to be returned?
He’s an illegal and an ms13 gang member.
Dude is not innocent.

The admin came out and said it wasn't a mistake, it was a clerical error.
He is a confirmed on multiple fronts, including a Judge in 2019 that he is illegal and affiliated with Trende.
Did that info change? Or activist judge as usual.
He's gone, not stepping foot back in our country, and will more than likely be killed by a rival gang, so the story ends here.
Too bad, so sad.

They dont separate the inmates at CECOT by gang affiliation
They don't have an MS-13 wing, a Crip wing, a Blood wing, an 18th Street gang wing and a 30 something gang wing?

Seriously, are you sad justice was served here, even if by mistake?

If Trump loses this and he has to bring him back, he absolutely needs to stick his arse in the judge's house.
Or, better yet, her parents' house.
