Simple solution. City cancels the parade. A foundation is established by a group of private citizens to conduct a Christmas parade and the city. They city issues a permit for $1. Parade is conducted by a private entity and the foundation can decide on how gets to participate. The LGBTQ+ population and establish their own foundation and get the same deal and have their parade on a different day.

You know better. This was aimed to leave no time to fight a legal battle. The parade was tonight, so they could either comply or cancel. No win situation.
It’s amazing how many fervent supporters this appears to have in Prattville, equating a sexual proclivity to some great civil rights struggle. Why is it so important to get drag queens in front of small children for these people? They’ll never answer, just dodge and distract. The entire routine is to mock and destroy the family. Sad so many halfwit millennial wine moms have fully bought in.

Exactly..hold private Christmas parties, rent a hall, etc. etc....never give in to these woke Judges. That would ruin the fun for everyone. They should let the queers line up at the start as the judge wants and then find their float tires mysteriously damaged so they can't participate. Sounds good. But what happens when a private LGBT group wants to do the same thing? You cant ban them if you allowed the other group to have a parade.
