What is the process in GA?
I don't see why this wouldn't move forward against non-Trump defendants. They already got some convictions and, as I said, the same sort of case is being prosecuted in AZ (sans Trump)

There was a hearing for the records. The "default" is not a civil default. She was then ordered to produce the records it privileged
She did not and was found in contempt. Nothing you posted for 8 pages is worth a crap but your autistic arse does not know the law. There was no default. This is not a civil trial it is a public records request
She refused to turn over the public records and acknowledged there were no privileged records.

Oh, SlowFlowOweO is not going to directly defend her. He's going to do his usual passive aggressive tactic of making a tangential point attacking the conservative side and when called out on it, pulling the "that's not what I expressly stated" card out. Then he gets his attention whore quota filled by derailing the thread for three pages arguing over technicalities and semantics.
