The "deepstate" failed in court against Judicial watch.
Fani has to pay Judicial Watchs court fees and has also admitted to collusion ties to the DOJ and the Whitehouse for her "political prosecution".

I assume she was named personally for the service rules. In GA they can seize property of heads of agencies who were named for service purposes?
I'm asking legitimately, because I presume the county/office will have to pay it.

Well that's an entirely different argument, but it still raises the question: why even create this potential conflict when the alternative was just to file an answer?
