the deep state isn't error free

A first year law student wouldn’t make a mistake like getting defaulted for not filing an answer to a complaint. Pro se litigants figure out that much. I don’t think this disproves the deep state exists but either a) the deep state abandoned her because she’s a moron and kryptonite or b) she let a default judgment get entered for a reason or c) a combination of both

your denial of the deep state and the existence of lawfare is weird.

They can theoretically exist, but a single, consistent definition has to be created in order to judge.

Threads like this show that people are still evolving over what "Deep State" means to them, as well as it's competency and power

Same with globlaism, lawfare, or, hell, MAGA, American First, etc.

the case was intended to hurt Trumps chances of winning a third term. it was never meant to get this far.

The case is not over.

And there are still other prosecutions open that Trump isn't involved in. Is the Arizona case "lawfare"? Trump isn't named and it came out way too late to affect anything. It's still going, too.

I don't get the reasoning for A, given the requests.

B could theoretically make sense, but why did she fight the default in that case? She did ultimately file an answer, IIRC, just really, really late.

Fani isn't as smart as an L1. She proved that by giving a divorce lawyer a million dollars to prosecute the President, hen started fricking him, and going on lavish trips.

No just stating accurate facts.

Try it sometime

No personal opinion involved. Only facts.

That's why the Deep State comes into play.

Sure Fanni could make this mistake. The Deep State should not be able to, given most definitions used for the concept.

And this was a public filing available for all to see, not some clandestine maneuver that took some special access. The Fulton County clerk is online

Also, this is allegedly the courthouse/clerk that just organized some huge fraudulent voting effort in 2020, so it should be filled with Deep State types or those sympathetic to the DS who would notify them.

Well that's an entirely different argument, but it still raises the question: why even create this potential conflict when the alternative was just to file an answer?

Refusal to answer/comply = civil contempt

Outright lies in testimony = criminal perjury

No.

They likely stand in stark contrast to your erroneous interpretations of objective legal analysis without personal opinions mentioned.

It looks like your "objective legal analysis" have been wrong.

Fani and Jack keep taking L's.

When the USSC neuters the new york case, it will be 100% failure.

Everyone already knows they were supporting and advising her. This isn’t disputed by sane people. She went radioactive with the Wade affair and she was clearly cut tf off. Whether she blatantly ignored the subpoena in error, or is refusing to engage intentionally (like crooked arse dems have done before her) is immaterial to the assertion that “there is no deep state”, much less being proof of such.

Ding ding ding! Vacherie gets it! :-)
This civil suit is a nothing burger in the scope of the big picture.
A situation where refusing to cooperate has less ramifications than what could happen if she did cooperate.
With the media on the dem side they can bury or smokescreen the fact that she disobeyed the court.
Possible connections, confirmation of them, well..
The internet never forgets.

There's no reason for a higher power to get involved with this. It's a small price, even if she's charged. And we know that Dems rarely serve time. Or if they do, it's never anything more than a slap.

Jenna Ellis is a disbarred felon for her lawfare

Sydney Powell also got suspended, IRCC. Rudy was disbarred.

I submit that these three are victims of the deep state, not members of it. Which of the deep state members have been held accountable/punished for their lawfare? Alvin Bragg? Hillary Clinton? Judge Merchan? Judge Engoron? Jack Smith? Fani Willis? Joe Biden? Merrick Garland? Peter Strzok? Lisa Page? Christopher Steele? The list is quite lengthy. Therefore, why would this deep state be worried?

As I said when this first happened, this is pretty strong evidence the "Deep State", as imagined by many on here, does not exist. If "They" existed, there is no way such a mistake would be allowed in this case.
