How deep does it have to be? My idea of it is about as deep as a modern day swimming pool that says 'No Diving.' It's still what drove all this bullshite, though. You have to be blind not to see it, or just completely dishonest.

That' still not proof of a "Deep State", though. And yes, how deep it goes matters.
Some define the DS as just the bureaucracy, and the bureaucracy clearly exists (as a single unit, meh).
