Under normal civil rules there is 15 days to move for a new trial
The court would have to rule on that and enter judgment and there is a 30 day period to file an appeal.

This will be overturned due to excessive fines. There are specific statutes against it. 350M is beyond excessive. It’s obscene.

I am almost 100000% certain this is what happened. TRUMP knows what he's doing and knows how to play the system - He also knows how to get average Americans to side with him and that's exactly what he is doing
