Every real estate investor who commits fraud should prosecuted.But the issue here is
whether Trump should be given extra time to comply with the verdict. He failed to present any good reason why legal delays should be extended.

Didn't the FBI & the actual commercial real estate division that normally handles cases such as these refuse to go after Trump before they came up with this BS?
People that have no idea how different valuations are done decided a 30 acre property in Palm Beach Florida was only worth $18m after everyone from the deal testified that neither party was defrauded yet you think this is ok & the law was followed?

You do realize then that every single real estate investor in NY should be investigated because at least 75% of them have done exactly what Trump did! Otherwise it looks like this is a political attack and every conservative investor needs to divest NY positions.
