Really is a head shaker that people think they can play this garbage off so easily.
When we constantly see court shopping. This is a clear indicator of that. ACLU: "Anyone have a connection to a judge that will lean our way here??". "ohhhh so and do over at the one group has that one judges daughter, lets take her to lunch" yadda yadda yadda ball rolling...
These lefties think we are stupid to their tactics. This connection is to close for comfort for any normal person. But they are just to cocky for their own good. Have noticed the tides changing.
I hope Trump uses this guy as an example and it clears his path.

Yes and according to his bio on Wikipedia his dad came to DC to work under Sargent Shriver at the Office of Economic Opportunity(OEO). LBJ's great society program. Nixon tried to dismantle the OEO; later Reagan shut it down.

It has already been explained. Right to a defense is built into the constitution.
If you want to believe USAID is the bad guy then nobody here is going to change your mind.
So if you agree with defying judges orders because you don’t agree with them… Then you must not expect to get any legal remedy if you ever get screwed over one day.

Time for law and order, liberals abuse the constitution. Why are there so many liberal charities whose sole focus is to try and get convictions of bad hombres thrown out for procedural/related mistakes?
It took Bukele less than 5 years to turn El Salvador from highest murder rate in world to lowest in western hemisphere. There is no reason we cannot achieve the same here

I think the initial appropriate remedy is to file a motion to refuse and argue that the judge does not have credibility based on FISA Rulings and the daughter working for USAID
If he refuses to recuse himself then you can appeal that ruling as well Which goes right to his ethics credibility
