Once ilhan is deported back to Somalia… Boasberg should be sent to Somalia, on his own, to try to retrieve her.

Turn it into a little reality TV show!

Comedians love to joke about politicians but they do not ever joke about judges. Wouldn't a TV show that disparages judges be a hoot?

There are 677 federal district judges on the bench.
15 on the bench in the Federal District Court of D.C.

How does this guy seem to get every case involving Trump?

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee who serves as the chief judge on the federal bench in D.C., is overseeing the case.

Which I'm sure he is trying to find any reason and logic to claim a complete disclosure of everything would have no impairment.

You’d sometimes think the federal court system is structured nowadays as follows:

- District Courts
- Appellate Courts
- Supreme Court
- Boasberg

Because when the possible outcome of the case is considered, he is selected to run interference for the democrats.

Trump's DoJ is investigating her. Boasberg has shown a predilection for opposing Trump to a point which goes beyond attempting to uphold the law and well into the realm of political vindictiveness.

-On April 7, 2025, the Supreme Court vacated Boasberg’s TROs/orders in Trump v. J.G.G. The Court held that challenges to Alien Enemies Act removals belong in habeas proceedings in the district of confinement, making the D.C. district court the wrong venue, while also affirming that detainees are entitled to due process.

-Boasberg later found what he felt was probable cause that administration officials had willfully disregarded his orders and initiated/opened criminal contempt proceedings (targeting officials involved in the flights). So in August 2025, a D.C. Circuit panel overturned/quashed Boasberg’s order initiating the contempt proceedings, describing aspects as an abuse of discretion.

-In April 2026, yet again the D.C. Circuit panel blocked the contempt inquiry a second time, calling it too a clear abuse of discretion and that it improperly probed high-level executive deliberations on national security and diplomacy.

It's to the point now where if Boasberg is involved in a decision which goes against something some aspect of the Trump administration is doing, the assumption is that his involvement and response are politically motivated.

And that's Boasberg's own doing.

That is the question.
We'll see soon enough. Considering an investigative nidus under the Biden DOJ and sign off of warrants by a Democrat appointed Judge, Boasberg attempting to undercut the case would be filthy.
