In order to average 3.2M viewers, that means you have about 10M viewers watching on different days. Not everyone watches every single day.
Tucker's cultural reach is even more when you consider people that only watch Youtube clips, hear about what he's talking about when people talk about the show at work, read social media / message board posts, etc.

She’s 100% right and this same logic applies to all of TV news. 99% of people in this country don’t tune in on a daily basis.

Her comment is true of her show, Tucker's show and almost all news programs and tv programs generally...the market is completely fractured and most of the oxygen these shows get is from people complaining about clips they've seen on social media or them complaining about each other as she is doing.
