I think you are right, and I think its exactly why Trump is holding out on pulling the trigger. Trump is openly poking the nest now, by taking clearances, openly criticizing Mueller personally. Hell when he was getting on Marine One this past week he said "And Muellers got his own problems, his personal issues and he knows it". The Great Depression - My parents were kids in the depression era. They have more money than they will ever be able to spend, and Mom still stuffs her purse with napkins and anything else that they don't use when I take them out to eat. The fear of going without is still going strong 80 years later.
