First of all, Jews are an ethnicity and a religion.
Second, Jews rent to everyone who will actually pay their bills. It wasn't the Jewish lenders that were the ones racially red-lining, it was the protestant ones.
Third, sorry blacks, but Jews were slaves before it was cool. They also were "ghetto" before it was cool, back when it meant the extermination of 2/3s of all Jews.
Yes, he would have thought it was racist if she said the same thing about Mexicans. Like Jews, Mexicans are an ethnicity.
Finally, this is why people in the South hate public transportation.

I wrote expand. It already exists. The B110 in Brooklyn. The Hassids get a special bus on their route and women are requird to sit in the rear of the bus.

Ever notice how they all sing the same song? Almost verse for verse... like small children learning a nursery rhyme. They don't know why they learn the song, but they do know there's a payoff - so they sing and sing and sing. Not unlike Pavlov's dog... they see the target and start to salivate - or in this case, sing their pretty little song.

Correct for Islam, but not for Judaism. There are many different ethnicities that make up most of the Islamic world such as Arabs, Turks, Persians, etc.
Jews ARE an ethnicity however. Not all ethnic/cultural Jews are religious Jews and not all religious Jews are ethnic Jews (however, converts are treated like second-class citizens). Jews are genetically distinct from all other European and Asian populations. They are their own ethnicity, culture, AND religion. For example, I am genetically Jewish, but a practicing Catholic.
