Here's the deal, she fundamentally does not understand our democracy and the role of congress, and that they are public servants.
She is so stupid that she takes what they actually think in Congress, and then believes it and says it out loud, while most of them are smart enough to not say it and parrot the public servant talking point.

And this is the problem with the people in Congress right now. They don’t think of themselves as public servants, elected by us to further our interests. They see themselves as the ruling class. AOC said as much in 2021 after Biden was sworn in.
