My favorite people are the ones that act excited to vote for an absolute scumbag like Paxton. They couldn’t have chosen a worse candidate than this shite bag

Everyone in the State of Texas knows who is ducking the debates. There’s no question.

Talarico agreed to show up.
Paxton has not.

We get you’re impressed with Talarico, but the sense is strong that luckily you are in the minority on that. And in the vocal minority here.

I get that’s a fair position leading up to the election. But on election day or sometime immediately thereafter (hopefully) one of the two will be Texas’ Senator. Barring some sort of crazy, unforeseen event, that’s absolutely going to be the case. So which of the two would you suggest is best to vote for?

Yeah, I’m in the vocal minority here, because this board prefers anything that sounds like MAGA, no matter the cost.

To be honest, the strongest sense is that I’m just disgusted with Paxton.

Equally disgusted with LT Governor Patrick.

Sick and tired of this crap leadership.

So my hope is that more Texans realize that if we keep electing crap, we are only going to get provided with more corrupt crap candidates from now on.

keeping an open border, drag loving phag out of office is more important than paxton getting some extra pussy

after the election you can idict and convict him for lincoln's assassination or whatever else you want

Owl you seem pretty confidant about Paxton losing. Why? Do you have privy to internal poling?

Are you on crack? Dudes track record is appalling.

Are you serious? He wants open borders, amnesty to illegals/his voters, he is for trans rights and for us to pay for their transition, men in women’s sports, etc.. How the frick can you justify pushing for someone like this?

Well you may be right. Here is the thing, the bush era is over and the mentality has changed. The trends that were tried and true indicators of the past are no longer accurate. You have doubled down on the older trends coming to fruition. If you are correct god help us all. If you are incorrect I guess we will see you in November of 2027.

Thing is, you have absolutely no idea what trends I'm thinking of when I make my prediction, none whatsoever

I say I have 30 years experience then you're making the assumption that I'm the only using the first 20 years to make my prediction that's not the case at all

I've made my prediction. I'm standing by my prediction. I will reiterate my prediction, and then election night, when paxton loses, I'll be right about my prediction

He doesn’t need to know exactly what “trends” you’re talking about because he covered them all with “older trends.” “Older” being the operative word there, for specific reason. I’m sure it has something to do with throwing out your pappaw’s trends because once Trump came on the scene we essentially began living in unprecedented political times.

Why does that piss y'all off so much

Do you care that much for what I think?

Do right by Texans? Like what for example?

“Our border should be a front porch”

“God is non binary”

“God created trans kids”

Literally nothing about James Talarico resonates with the average Texan.

Cornyn is apparently saying that Paxton needs to lose so as to "teach the voters a lesson." So, there's your answer.

They did fake polls saying only Cornyn could beat the Democrat. They guarandamnteed Cornyn was winning and Paxton was the loser-and guess what? Paxton won. The talking point is to repeat how corrupt Paxton is, when they failed at a rigged impeachment.

Rice will win the cotton bowl before Talarico becomes a senator

Paxton will be a 1 term senator to be replaced by Brooke Rollins
