A criminal investigation.
I guess you're rescinding your agreement from earlier now?
What agreement are you referring to? Everything that goes on is first political and then "criminal" Just ain't fun when the rabbit's got the gun. I'm not naive, you aren't either, you just enjoy acting that way.
So your position is Jack Smith did not collect data on republicans that have no bearing on his "Crimnal" investiagation?

Grasserly didn't release all the information to answer this question.
He's being deceptive in his releases and has been for some time. He went off the rails with dishonestly framing the cell phone collection efforts

I never made any such argument. Don't strawman this thread

Again you are not following.
So your position is that this was purely a criminal investigation and warranted the collection of 600K+ republicans?

SFP and the legend is his own retard mind, idjets have no clue. Many got courage to fly Trump flags, put up signs after Butler. I know and of people that lost jobs because of Trump political signs. Were shunned.
SFP should wear a red MAGA hat in a democrat town in PA and see if he feels like a third class citizen, suddenly losing his job...
Or gets debanked because of his 75 year old hunting store that sells guns under Biden.
Not everywhere is Louisiana red states.
When the Ds and establishments get powers back we are all fricked, so SFP can go play in a kiddie playground wasting time trolling like a jackass.

How many Democrats do you think showed up on January 6 to stop the results of the 2020 election from being certified?

So what is your position? Is it ok to collect this data on 600K+ republicans that have no bearing on his "investigation"
Do you think that is ever ok?

I ultimately paid a few thousand.
Not counting attorney fees etc.

So what is your position?
This wasn't illegal behavior based on our current legal framework today.

You're pivoting FAR away from the legality.

Class action lawsuit. I'm sure SFP would be happy to represent people that experienced that to collect damages from the government.

At least I'm on someone's shitelist other than the wifes.

Pepperidge Farm does.

I think lots of things Jack Smith did should be illegal for ALL police and/or prosecutors to do, but that's not the current state of the law.
Singling out Jack Smith because he legally discovered likely illegal behavior by Trump, and trying to turn it into illegality because it is bad for Trump, is not consistent rhetoric, especially if you aren't against this being universally banned (especially when used against your perceived out groups)

I’ve got to say this, it just ain’t gonna stay in. Here goes; you seem about as bad at lawyering as Owl is at being a campaign consultant.
I may signal only joking, but a little later if so.

Yuge trump fan but I don’t buy political gear. Smith needs his personal information shared since he did this.

Well, I don’t wear red as a general rule, so I’m safe, right?
