Possible, not probable.

Have you seen the government's case and Trump's defense presented to a jury to judge?

Do you have one of those Marvel comics devices where you can flip to an alternate reality to see things us over here on this reality aren't privy to viewing?

Or are you just pre-judigng without evidence again?

That is beyond irrelevant. For Trump, the system has demonstrated its visceral jury-judge antipathy to actual innocence. Trust breached is not easily regained. These cases were prima facie bullshite.

Viewing the case in chief is irrelevant to judging a case?

I never said we were bound by the jury's determination alone. I said had we seen the case/defense to judge it ourselves.

No.
In Berian Law, the findings are irrelevant to actual guilt or innocence. If the system you work in is shite, you'd better slather some strong cologne before you step outside to defend it.

No. You said predetermined findings rendered by a bigoted, shite-system were relevant in ascertaining innocence.

Also, ask yourself this - all those files are now trumps to do what he wants - even retroactively make them his so there is no case anymore

You can't be serious.DOJ lets a son of a bitch off that had docs in his possession from when he was a Senator...for YEARS...that he never had a right to have. He has documents in his freaking garage. and gave access to his ghostwriter to classified material.

What’s the statute of limitations on this? Can Trumps DOJ have him charged now for the same charges Trump got? Seems only fair.

We need a special counsel immediately to start investigating Smith and the origins of Documentgate.

The only reason this case is going to be dismissed is the DOJ policies at issue. When this story first broke, I said they were doing Trump a solid by doing this before he was actually inaugurated. People got upset at the point and then pulled the "he hasn't been sworn in yet so the DOJ policy doesn't apply" card.

Yep, Jack Smith under the supervision of Merrick Garland spontaneously decided to "do Trump a solid" but were prevented by DOJ policy and norms, which they have definitely rigorously adhered to by, for example, not prosecuting a former president, and not prosecuting a presidential candidate in an election year as a tool to influence the election.

I certainly hope you continue sharing more galaxy-brain takes like this with us at the rate of hundreds of posts a day.

He had nothing but continued to presumably stuff his pockets?
Anyone know how much he was paid and from which office?
It had to be a fortune.
