I've Read The Memo: Here's Main Points

1) FBI used dossier to get Page warrant. McCabe admitted under oath that there would have been no case for a warrant without the dossier.
2) Steele was giving the dossier to Yahoo! News and paying them to plant the story. FBI then used that same Yahoo! story in their FISA application claiming it was "corroborating" evidence.
3) Bruce Ohr said that Steele told him that he hated Trump and his goal was to stop Trump by any means necessary.
4) Bill Priestap admitted that the information used for the FISA warrant was not verified whatsoever. Comey later told Trump the same thing in that private meeting (not under oath).
5) FBI knew the dossier was paid for by Clinton and decided not to tell the court that fact.

Pretty much.
They knowingly used either completely false or unverified information as basis to spy on a US citizen.
That is and should be illegal.

That's the part that really gets me angry.
Your honor, we have "evidence".

Also, they never disclosed the origin and financial backing of the dossier.

Also, at least some of the supportive documentation to the dossier was media reports. FBI used these media reports, articles, etc... to support the dossier claims.
Seems Christopher Steele was feeding dossier claims to certain news organizations that ran unnamed sources reports that were in step with the claims in the dossier. Steele planted the lies.
Biggest issue is the FBI knew the dossier was a lie. They also knew Steele was leaking dossier points to media. FBI KNOWINGLY used all of this fake information because the most important thing to them was getting the warrant and stopping Trump.
Shockingly corrupt to the core.

5) Steele was dismissed as an FBI source in late October 2016 after the warrant was obtained.
Yet they still kept renewing the FISA warrant every 90 days based on his unverified information, attesting to its accuracy each time.

Comey later told Trump the same thing.
I believe that should be, he briefed Trump on a dossier that he testified under oath was "salacious and unverified". That's how it reads to me anyway.

So suddenly Mueller’s 3 heads on the wall are probably free to run and play because Mueller’s indictments can now be poisoned fruit!

It must also be repeated that Trump transition officials swept up in foreign wiretaps were illegally unmasked by these same people. Information was then illegally leaked to the press.
This is much bigger than Carter Page, and the rot goes all of the way up to Obama's door step.

The rebuttal is going to be "Carter Page deserved to be surveilled, and had been on the IC radar before." - True statement, honestly.
But have to hammer that blatant abuse of the process that is conveniently timed to his time on Trump's campaign (and Trump, through the dossier) can't be cast off just because Page has a history of sketchy associations.
