re: I've noticed gas price posters have gotten a little quiet lately.

SFP's posts are way too long for me to read. I skim past them so I would never recognize a pattern.
Usually not. In fact, only rarely are they long. And the specific one he posts repeatedly that you copped is two words long.
So, nice try, but no.
quote:
I do however see that you did not pick up on the pattern of this board using "they were higher under Biden" every time recent gas prices are brought up.
Well I didn't even read every post on the thread, so...
But here's another spurious claim. You claim nothing here matters very much to you, to the point that you claim you don't even remember whether we have conversed before.
But you also claim to know that I didn't pick up on the pattern you claim has been rampant throughout the thread and beyond. Which means a few things:
1. It means you have noticed that pattern, by implication.
2. It also means you have done one of three things in order to have a basis to draw a conclusion about me:
You've either
A. Gone back through the thread to check for my personal responses to the pattern you noticed, which contradicts your claim that you don't care about these matters enough to personalize them.
B. Remembered my responses, which likewise contradicts the same claim.
C. Or drawn a conclusion about what I said in one post about one exchange and extrapolated that to every time the alleged whataboutism was typed.
If it's one of the first two, you're not being honest. And that goes to whether you're an alter or not.
If it's the last, you're just not being careful or intelligent about it (and hey, we've all been there, right? It's a message board.)
quote:
I would never insult one's intelligence for not picking up on that. I reserve that for those who ask dumb questions.
Yeah, o.k., awesome, so here's a very not dumb question: you're not another SFP alter are you?

Also, I do not know or care enough about anyone here to even see who I am responding to or who is responding to me. Such as you, I have no idea about your patterns. I have no idea if we even conversed before, outside of this thread. It is not important enough for me to track or remember.

Def not SFP. If I say he will cry and a few other accounts will show up

The summer demand is here but prices still dropped 16 cents.
Not too bad. but we aren't out of the woods.

Just use your brain and ask yourself why there’s about 5 accounts with Utah ties on here and why they never argue with SFP …

Holy friggin wall of text.
I will keep it short. I see patterns, but not the poster. I keep it to the specific thread. Your first response to me in this thread, which started our convo, was in regards to "gas prices were higher under Biden" default thing. Of course I remembered it. It was the basis for this particular convo. Will I remember or come back to it later? Most likely not.
I will most likely remember the alter question. I find it amusing. Since you are the 2nd person to bring it up. There is another paranoid person here thinking the same thing. Maybe you are him and you are projecting. I do not know nor would I care.
Hope that helped.

See, I remember piggie. He is the first to claim I am someone else.
Dear piggie, I have argued with SFP. Several times in the past actually.
Stop being paranoid. You know I love you man.

I believe we will get the uranium and it'll show that it actually came from USA via Secretary of State HRC's dealings

I mean this as a non-political take…
You are seeing an immediate pullback in prices because of immediate price drops due to the peace talks. That said, we will have an ongoing structural issue probably through the end of the year. I would not expect to see oil near $60 a barrel in the next year.

You talking $3.00/gallon in a state like Louisiana or Oklahoma, or $3.00/gallon as the national average before July 4?
I am talking about gas in the mid $3s not 3 even. National average. Current is $4.319 so I’m thinking we are down 60-75 cents a galling by the fourth on a national average basis.
I may move my oil shorts before then because the profit on the right now is pretty nice.

Yeah. No one gives SFP shite.
Lolol
SFP has a giant savior complex but he’s also right much of the time.
That’s hurts to say that.

This is what I voted for (gas prices coming down, but still being much higher than they were just months ago...shhh).

That's a fact. He didn't state that they were higher than all time highs during Biden. Do you need someone to print out a fricking calendar for you or something?
Yeah, print it out frickwad. He said a time frame that spans back to Biden. He used the highest prices of trump years, and not the highest of Biden...which is simply intentionally misleading.
GFY. They were higher under Biden. Does that hurt your vagina

This thread is cope. Prices are still the highest they’ve been in four years, and we’re moving into the summer driving season. We’ll wait and see what happens with the on again off again “deal” with Iran.
Ummmmmmm ... that's not true. Not even close to being true. It's not even debatable.
quote:
2022 (The All-Time Record): The U.S. national average hit an all-time record high of $5.016 per gallon of regular unleaded on June 14, 2022 under the Joe Biden administration. The Biden administration began siphoning-off oil from the U.S. Strategic Reserve on June 18, 2022 in an effort to lower prices. That practice continued until October 30, 2024 when the U.S. Strategic Reserve reached a critical historic low of 25% of previously recorded (measured full) levels from January 17, 2021.

Another retard who has no reading comprehension skills.
Let me make it simple for you. When was the last time that gas prices have been as high as they are now? I’ll wait for you to answer.
