Kids cope. You are coping. Sounds like you are a child.

Comparing high prices today to high prices over 5 years ago is a cope.

The two have nothing to do with each other.

Their responses have gotten us down to them gladly paying higher prices because Biden's term had high gas prices.
It is a wild thing to witness.

Because, you mental midget . . . Biden's high prices were BY DESIGN. He actively sabotaged oil and gas production in the United States. He actively promoted Green New Deal scams to enrich himself and his cronies. You don't understand the difference between that and what's going on now?

Please mental giant

What does that have to do with today and why is this a defense for you?

It is a coping deflection. Nothing more.

Why do people think this is a reasonable response?

That's a direct, relevant response to a specific claim that was made.

Stop trolling.

The prices are in the same ball park as where they were then. What does it matter at that point? They are high. It is a retarded argument to have.

You say this as if it not the default response.

Stop being dishonest.

You say that as if you can claim something is irrelevant when it's obviously not just because sometimes in other conversations it is.

Stop being a retarded a-hole.

The "argument" was a simple refutation of facts, not an actual argument.

The same as if someone said, "Beef prices are the highest they've ever been," and someone else says, "No, they were higher during COVID."

That's not an "argument" for anything.

What is happening here is that the two of you are so eager to push back on something that you shot your wad on a situation that isn't even what you're claiming it is, and instead of admitting it you are both tripling and quadrupling down.

Biden had high gas prices bc of COVID stimulus under Trump and Biden, so both were to blame

2023 and 2024 were the highest years for domestic oil production in history, continuing in 2025

It's remarkable how quickly things have shifted from best ever in history to well Biden was worse

Not, it wasn’t. The fact remains that the current gasoline price is the highest that it’s been in four years. I didn’t say that they’re higher. The claim is that you have to go back four years to find gas prices that are higher than they are now.

I wonder how some of you people manage. Reading comprehension is horrible on this board.
