It should be a William F Buckley or a Rush Limbaugh. But there are none left. And as internecine conflict widens-people dig in. Which gives the Revolutionary Left a clear unobstructed path.
I am making both an acknowledgement that many of your criticisms are correct AND a plea for pragmatism. That requires the humility to occasionally eat the shite sandwich you are handed. Because this is about HOLDING a delicate coalition that lacks a clear ideological mission that was organized to defeat Woke Progressivism. How people forget the barbarians at the gates amazes me, -these are very high stakes. Now is the time for odd bedfellows(*notgay).

I am worried that its not possible for our 2024 coalition to hold unless the left starts doing some REALLY stupid things (which might be unlikely since they have very little power).

Kirk didnt become a thing, until a year or so after Trumps election. He wasnt a bulwark. He was result of Trump uniting true Americans. And rode that wave, mainly with youthful voters
But Trump turned the tide against the deep state. Thats why we had the pandemic, a rigged election, and multiple arrests. Kirk wasnt even a target until after Trump had won a 3rd election
Kirk did great things, but leading the entire cause wasnt one of those

He apparently thinks the only way to build wealth in owning a home is through appreciation.
The concept that paying thousands of dollars a month can result in you having a larger portion of the principal paid off is completely foreign and so the idea that paying it off 40% slower would thus mean you pay more and own less equity doesn't register.
$500k House / 6.5% / 20% Down / Note Only
50 Year Note - Total Interest Paid: ~$1M
50 Year Note - Equity at 8 years: $12k
30 Year Note - Total Interest Paid: $510k
30 Year Note - Equity at 8 Years: $34k
With a 50 year mortgage you'd lose $500k over the life of the loan on interest and even on a 8 year hold you're already back $20k in equity.

Simple solution, mate. Go the Billboard route like that CA broad. Lease one, two if you can afford it. You seem motivated, personable and outgoing enough to pull off something like this. Now imagine all the conservative women who are desperately seeking a normal guy but can't find him.
Follow that CA chick's template loosely or do it your way. Establish a website designed with toll-free number. Create a profile, pose doing manly things, in manly settings. Do an "Interview" where you are asked all the right questions. Eliminate the lib nuts right of of the gate by emphasizing, 'ONLY CONSERVATIVE WOMAN NEED APPLY."
When you're ready to roll, have a couple of buds coincidentally call some media outlets to help publicize and pump up your numbers and demand. This ain't as crazy as it seems.

This ^^^^ is the next critical step in the progression to serfdom.
30 year mortgages were not available until the early 1930's and were not common place until after WWII.
