For instance, are we to believe that Rubio had revoked Khalil's green card before Khalil was arrested?

The ICE officers didn't even know he had a green card. They told him "your student visa has been revoked." When informed that he had a green card, they said "we're revoking that too."
and?

I don't know how it ends for this Khalil dude but I am concerned for future abuses of this statute if it plays out to where the SoS has final say on what constitutes evidence of foreign policy interference. All it takes is a far left SoS and we could see our based Cubans deported for speaking out against communism, conservative Catholic seminarians removed for attending the March for Life, etc.

I second all of this.

Khalil was a cancer. He has been inciting civil unrest across the country. You do what you have to do to keep that cancer from spreading.

You might be right. I just never saw any evidence of that. I saw lots of unsubstantiated allegations, but I am not the arbiter of green cards or student visas. Rubio is and he made the call. I trust him.

Hes a thug

And not even an American thug. He laid low until he thought he was golden. Then the US said, naw, give us that card back

It appears 104 people knew how wrong you would be against 14 soy boys agreeing with you.

I guess being an antisemite and making Jewish kids afraid to be in public isn’t acceptable in our country.

Has the left been right on anything in the last 90 days? China was going to take over AI, Trump didn’t know what he was doing with the stock market, he’s illegally deporting illegals.

Will say I hope they continue to pick the 20% on the 80/20 issues.

Just like SloBoy, Rog and 4pups, he’s on the side of whatever gives him the dopamine hit from his addiction to arguing with anonymous strangers on an obscure political forum that originated as an LSU sports fan site.

Honestly, there needs to be a clinical study of this addiction. It’s fascinating and also hilarious.

Mamou Khalil has not been charged with or accused of committing any crime by the United States Government. Marco Rubio himself has said Khalil didn't break the law.
