Jews lived there prior to the Palestinians if you go back before that. It’s a conflict zone no doubt but there is one group that wants to survive peacefully if possible and other groups that want total decimation of the people they don’t like

They could not affect a two state solution because Hamas and the PA were at each other's throats as designed by Israel and the Iranians. You can't have a two state solution with three actors.
In terms of Palestinian "billionaires" The only one I know of is al Madrid who actually does reinvest back into the West Bank. Then you could count Gigi and Bella's Dad who owns lots of real estate in So California but really doesn't consider himself anything but American.

He takes internal politics in Lebanon and extrapolates them beyond reality to justify Israel blowing up apartment buildings in Beirut, killing Christians all on behalf of a foreign government.

When people say stuff like this is baffles me. Where were you the last few years? I was ok with Israel striking back after the October 7th attack but they went overboard IMO. A "conspiracy theory" that is coming true is them even creating and funding Hamas this whole time. Mind you they are considered to have the best intelligence in the world but kept bombing hospitals and Christian churches. Let the downvotes reign down but with just a little bit of research you can see the dots connect.

Lebanon was the Christian resort vacation haven for Europe until the Muslims became the majority and triggered a civil war that still goes on.

And ? The Palestinians were not there consistently over the last millennia but as we know the Jews were enslaved for 1000’s of years and were scattered not by themselves. The Arabs and Persians not so much. The mere fact that they as a people are fighting for an area as small as NJ against countries bigger than almost half the size of America and openly stating their intentions to get along with Mideast so that all could prosper just is telling the story that most refuse to accept
