Iranian Freedom Fighters Need Guns—America Could Arm Them

The fastest path to a free Iran isn't more American troops—it's giving Iranians the means to overthrow the regime themselves.
If the last argument of kings is war, the best response from the subjects is guns.
Machiavelli wrote that “the chief foundations of all states . . . are good laws and good arms.”
Those good arms must be in the hands of citizens, and the world is waking up to the need for guns for themselves to fight the tyrants who persecute them or seek their extermination. We Americans are not fools for holding onto our firearms. Corporate media stateside and around the world can laugh at us or condemn us for the high number of gun-related deaths, but when controlled for location (big Democrat-run cities vs. Rest of America) and reasons (self-defense vs. murder), the numbers even out, and America comes out better.
Americans are safer and freer than the rest of the world because of our guns.
Let Iranians Take Back Their Government.

Hasn't the US done this many times in the past, like with Osama Bin Laden, Saddam, etc? Only for it to come back to bite us?

I think that window has closed. We may have had that opportunity when the war first started where we could've attempted arm/supply drops and provided air support but now, unless Trump re-commits to armed conflict we blew that chance. Doing it covertly .... I just dont think that will work. Maybe the Israeli's can give it a shot but it feels like that momentum is lost.

Yet one more reason why the 2A is the MOST important right we have as American citizens.

I think the punchline is “The gorillas die off in the winter.”

The U.S. gave guns & supplies to the Kurds early in the war. The Kurds simply kept everything for themselves.

You're right, the Kurds held on to them. I guess we can all witness what happens to an unarmed society.

How about we all just kick back and watch “Charlie Wilson’s War” again on Netflix?

That window was open during the first protests and we failed to act. Simply expect them all to be killed now.

There are no Iranian freedom fighters. The exotic attractive women doing tik tok videos to YMCA were never going to return to Iran, free or not free. They have it too good in the west. Look at turkey. That’s the best any moslem country will ever be, and it’s still a Moslem shithole.

The only thing we learned from history, is that we learn nothing from history.

Right or wrong, the correct answer is to keep up the appearance of the US and Israel being at odds over certain issues (whether true or just propaganda) and let the See Eye A and Mossad foment their division and strife within the ranks of the IRGC like they've been doing.
Every time we try to "help" people with armaments, that weaponry ends up in the hands of terrorists and cartels.

I've got a few I'd let go.
Don't know how accessible 45-70, 30-30 and 12ga are in Iran.
It's probably all 7.62x39.
