The amount of money is negibile .
To me the issue is the administration is just lying about the operation.

The Neocons just dusted off the "fight em over there, so we don't have to fight em here!" bullshite that sold the idiotic Iraq disaster. It was Trump's recognition of the idiotic nature of the Iraq Waste that gave so many of us hope that Trump was actually different.
