By all means find a source that shows it to be false and let us know
But me thinks you’re projecting your feelings here

These are not messages directed to the US or Israel.
These are a message to their military forces.
Project strength or lose the loyalty of the people.
Just ask Iran how many aircraft carriers they have hit and how many US airplanes they have destroyed.

no just by your reaction.
I'm shocked you are pro Iran and anti US on this.
1) you don't even know if this X post is "real" or not.
2) if it is this is the first reaction in a negotiation.
and you go right to "regime change" as the focus/only success. Just as I predicted you would

We’ve gone this far.
Any deal now that would involve the Islamic Republic’s regime maintaining its power is only going to result in a future generation being left to deal with a hell of a problem on its hands someday.
And by that time, the dealing with it may well be on Iran’s terms rather than our terms.
I think it would be a mistake that would end up being forgotten about for a couple of decades…,until it’s remembered.
I can already picture pundits in the future saying “why didn’t Trump finish the job?!”

Having Israel bomb Iran with the US ended any hope of compromise. Either we quit, go full invasion or a government coup. No good deal will ever be had with the IRG. Ever.
Correct. And there will be no uprising or coup. These IRG radicals will continue to rule Iran. Hence there will be no peace. This was all predictable before we embarked on this adventure. And why we should stay out of wars in that part of the world.

That is basically it.
We are either OK with the mullahs running Iran and controlling the Strait, or we are not. There is not much between the two options.

Seems kinda like Trump’s tactic of demanding the world then backing off.
No one will ever accept Iranian control of the strait.
So we’ll likely see a few land grabs here and there by U.S. forces to use as bargaining chips in negotiations.
Either way, the original goals haven’t been achieved. We’ve tactically crippled a good chunk of their forces but the Iranians still have operational and strategic freedom to maneuver through missile/drone assets and their proxy network.
You’d need a coalition larger than what we saw with Desert Storm and with more commitment of forces from that coalition to have what you need to actually take out the Iranian regime once and for all. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to come from within.
