Of course Trump was correct. But also, this attack makes no sense. Why would Iran do this the day after Trump says he is considering withdrawing from the region? This is the action of someone who wants to broaden the war.
I'm not saying Iran didn't do it, because they clearly did, but the move was beyond reckless. They've proven Trump was correct about the capabilities the Iranians were developing and creates an impetus for Europe to get involved.
