I hope the deal as is reported is not true, it is a horrible deal. The solution for oil is to find alternative route to the strait not paying ransom that will never end. I hope this is only a plan to bring the oil price down and will not get done after November.

Even Congress hasn't seen the deal.
But it will probably never go through. Iran is adamant.
They are also in somewhat of a civil war between extremist that would rather die and people that have had enough.
We will have to wait to see who comes out on top.

Still, lots of holdouts. Most of the IRGC are ill-religious lunatics who are sworn to death, they know if they surrender, they are most likely to have their heads cut off. The regular Iranian people want blood.
So the IRGC has nothing to lose.
Heck there was a WWII Japanese solider who hid out until the 1970s.
Know this, every missile and mosquito boat that is launched, the A10s, Apache are watching them.
Satellites are watching launch sites and those are very quickly obliterated.

China is coming out stronger after this conflict. The people who tried to spin it as some way to hurt China never made any sense outside of the immediate/short term.
With sanctions lifted, China is about to truly expand its influence into Iran and benefit greatly

Starting this war was Trump's worst decision in politics by a mile.
I'll give him credit for recognizing it and stopping instead of escalating though. He now knows he fricked up though he will never admit it.
