Price increases due to supply and demand are not "inflation". Its a cost increase. Inflation is controlled by money supply and/or government printing money, nothing else.
Many try to push cost increases as inflation and they are fundamentally wrong. But the media loves its push button words.

The oil we import does not come from Iran. So yes, our increases are because of global trade but no where near the price Europe and Asia are facing. Trump is playing the long game.
